Elementos de reflexão para uma desdolarização Cubana

Résumé. Cet article traite de la question des régimes de change, plus particulièrement celle de la dollarisation de l'économie cubaine. Après un bref survol historique, les auteurs présentent les caractéristiques et spécificités de la dollarisation à Cuba et son impact sur le projet socialiste. Ils discutent enfin la nécessité et les étapes d'une possible dé-dollarisation, destinée à poursuivre la construction d'une société plus égalitaire à Cuba.

Abstract. This article deals with the issue of the dollarization of the Cuban economy. The authors present the characteristics and specificities of the Cuban dollarization and its impact on the socialist Cuban project. They discuss the necessity and the steps of a possible de-dollarization, in order to build a more egalitarian society.
